Tell me about delivery, collection and costs.
Delivery and collection is charged at 50p per mile.
We personally deliver your pretty things to your venue. We usually deliver
on a Friday for a Saturday wedding and pick up on Monday. Of course, we are very
flexible and can work around you though!
As we deliver these personally, we do ask for some consideration regarding drop
off points, i.e. we will not walk a country mile through a field to deliver to
your marquee, sorry!
Can we pick the china or is it chosen for us?
As we have such a large range of china, we usually pick the china for you.
We understand how important a theme and colour scheme can be to a wedding though,
so we do our best to accommodate you if you have specific requests, such as colour,
style, pattern or era. You can also come and view our collection to handpick your
china if required, although we do charge a flat rate of £50 as our collection
is quite extensive!
What about collection? Do you wash the items or do we have to?
It's completely up to you! We can wash all of the crockery for you, which will
be charged at 20% of the total of your booking, or if you prefer you can do it
yourselves. Please note that our crockery is not suitable for a dishwasher,
so it will need to be washed by hand!
All that we ask is that you repack the china as securely as possible.
The crockery is delivered with protective padding that we request that you
repack if you are washing the china yourselves, or if you are returning the
items dirty, please keep the packaging separate in the bags that we will
provide you with. We ask that the items are carefully wiped or scraped
and all items containing liquid are emptied.
Dates can be held provisionally, and we ask for a 50% deposit to secure
this booking. Alternatively you can book and secure your service in full
and put your mind at rest that it's covered.
What happens if we break an item?
If you break or lose an item of crockery, we will deduct the appropriate
amount from your re-fundable damage deposit. Please see our terms and
conditions for prices.
Do you hire out to any type of event?
Of course! No event is too big, or indeed too small for us. Just drop us
an email or give us a phone call with your requirements, and we'll see what
we can do for you.

We are a lovely company, who have a particular attention to detail, lovingly
hand-pick each piece of china in our collection, and will provide you with a
professional, yet personal service.
